Is joint discomfort anything to do with your joints?

Joint discomfort is NOT really about your joints.

You may well ask, "What then is joint discomfort about?" 

Good question, that's exactly what i asked. 

Funny, we seem to think alike, don't we? Same as all the rest of others, i suppose.

So, what is joint discomfort about? And who says so?

Well, it's Rick Gray who says so, and you might know him as the owner of A.S. Research, where he strives to help normal guys and girls like you and me meet their strength and physique goals through superior information and supplementation. 

Rick says that staying physically fit obviously affects how you look, feel and how long you live.

And he adds, "activities with your kids and grand kids are some of life's most treasured moments and they can be significantly hindered by joint discomfort". 
I suppose that's a very good advise. 
Joint pain, aslo known as rheumatic pain, can affect all of us at some time, particularly as we get older.

Food for thought

That made me think....and so i dug a bit further into Rick's report. 
Rick and his team at his lab have found a solution that can get you back to doing the things you really want to do, and I was quite impressed with what he was saying.
